Mrs. Wilma J. Bushman, 89, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022, at her son's home in Lebanon surrounded by family.

Wilma was born Sep. 1, 1933, in Parke County, IN, a daughter of the late John and Clara (Davis) Martin. She married Russell Bushman on March 20, 1953 and he preceded her in death in 1984.

Wilma graduated from Zionsville High School and worked as a teller for American First National Bank, and then for Mayflower, retiring in the early 1990's. She was a member of the Church of God in Lebanon. Wilma loved watching the Indianapolis Colts and Purdue basketball, along with doing puzzles and wordsearches.

Survivors include her sons, Michael (Margaret) Bushman of Indianapolis and Steve (Dana) Bushman of Lebanon; nine grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Wilma was preceded in death by her daughter, Becki Bray; sisters, Eleanor Johnson, Patricia (Ike) Warmoth, and Inda Fetters; and grandson, Wesley Bray.

Family and friends will gather Wednesday, Nov. 16, for visitation from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Wilma will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
