Mr. William "Frank" Vickrey, 84, of Lebanon, passed away Nov. 1, 2018.

Survivors include his wife, Lenda; a son, Mike (Lana) Vickrey; a daughter, Melenda (Jack) Bowen; grandchildren: Leslie (William) Lucas, Jennifer Bowen, Jack and Ryden Vickrey; a great grandchild, Isabelle Bowen and a brother, Sam (Peggy) Vickrey.
