Mr. William "David" Orr, 74, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Jul. 6, 2023, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel. He was born Mar. 2, 1949, in Anderson, a son of the late Dorwin Orr and Joan (Wallace) Babb. David married Deborah Hull.

David served in the U.S. military during the Vietnam War. He was the building trades teacher at Lebanon High School for many years, where he was instrumental in starting the program. David took great pride in the fact that he had built his house, alongside his wife.

Survivors include his loving wife, Deborah Hull-Orr of Lebanon; son, Ryan Orr and wife, Brenda; and grandchildren, Kyla and Bryan. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Orr.
