William R. "Bill" Bowen, 67, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, Jun. 2, 2022, at his home.

Bill was born May 9, 1955, in Lebanon, a son of the late Byron and Patsy Ruth Evelyn (Newkirk) Bowen. He was married to Phyllis June (Flood) Bowen. She preceded him in death Sep. 14, 2019.
