Theresa Lynn Galyen, 43, of Lebanon, passed away April 18, 2018.

Theresa was born May 2, 1974 in Lebanon, a daughter of Richard and Deborah (Chastain) Moore.

Theresa graduated in 1992 from Lebanon High School and earned her RN, BSN degree from Marian College. She was a registered nurse at Larue Carter Hospital in Indianapolis.

Theresa enjoyed crocheting, knitting, exercising, reading, writing and most importantly being with friends and family.

Survivors include her parents, Richard and Deborah; her daughter Carly Summers of Ladoga, her sons, Cory Summers of Lebanon and Noah Stewart of Camby, her sister, Melissa (Carl) Robison; and niece and nephews: Caleb, Kirsten, Corbin and Curtis Robison. Theresa was preceded in death by a brother, Jeremy Allen Moore.

Family and friends will gather Tuesday, April 24, 2018 for visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m. with Pastor Anthony Stone officiating in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. The family suggests wearing comfortable, casual attire.
