Sydney Milton Kellogg V, 11, of Lebanon, passed away June 6, 2017.

Sydney was born to Sydney Milton Kellogg IV and Chantal (Johnson) Kellogg on Sept. 2, 2005, in Lebanon.

Sydney had just completed the 5th grade at Stokes Elementary. He liked to ride his bike, play video games and watch Star Wars movies.

Survivors include his parents and his step-mother, Carla Kellogg; brothers Gabriel James Kellogg and Michael Allen Charles Kellogg, step-brother Kenneth Brawn Puckett, II and sisters Megan Renee Kellogg and Dharma Kellogg; maternal grandmother Faith Adams, maternal grandfather Jeff Johnson, paternal grandparents Sydney (Debbie) Kellogg III, a great-grandmother Stella Adams and great-grandfather Derwent Cartmell along with several cousins.

Family and friends will gather Tuesday, June 13, 2017 for visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
