Steven Eugene Alexander, 67, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away on June 30, 2025, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born July 10, 1957, to the late Fred and Pat (Stull) Alexander. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ted Alexander and Pat Alexander.

Steven is survived by his two children, Kurt (Kimberly) Alexander, Jessica (Hoss) Demaree, and a daughter he raised like his own Taylor Jones (Ben Dillion); three brothers, Tom Alexander, Jerry Alexander, and Clyde Alexander, and two sisters, Julia Alexander and Susie Alexander. He was adored by all 11 of his grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Steve grew up along Sugar Creek, where he developed a deep love for nature and gardening. A 1976 graduate of North Montgomery High School, he worked as a chef throughout his life at several local establishments, including Miller's Restaurant in Colfax, Adam's Ribs in Zionsville, the Holiday Inn in Lebanon, and Denny's, where he retired.

He was formerly married to Brenda (Posey) Alexander.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 6, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the 4-H Annex Building in Lebanon. All are welcome to attend and share memories.
