Mrs. Sharon Love, 73, of Lebanon, passed away unexpectedly on July 31, 2020.
Sharon was born on July 13, 1947 in Frankfort, IN a daughter of the late John and Virginia (Hart) Mullikin. She was married to Jim Love on August 15, 1964. He survives.
Sharon attended Lebanon High School. She sold real estate for Century 21 Anderson-Stookey for 20 years. She was very active with the Boone County 4-H community. She and Jim were club leaders of Center Blue Ribbon for eight years. They then went on to start a new project for Boone County 4-H, called Remote Aviation, where they taught kids how to build and fly remote airplanes. Together, they received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Sharon and Jim were also members of the Circle City Corvette Club. Sharon was a member of Zonta Club of Lebanon and The Red Hat Club. She loved being outside in her garden and flowerbeds and enjoyed entertaining and traveling with Jim.
Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family, they were the focus of her life. Survivors include her husband, Jim and sons, James (Kim) Love and Michael (Makada) Love, both of Lebanon; five grandchildren, James Beryl (Nikki) Love, Zach (Erika) Love, Lauren (Steven) Huff, Carly Greene, and Harrison Love, all of Lebanon; and five great grandchildren Henley, Lena, James Boden Love, Addeline Mae Love, and Lawson Huff; sisters: Debra (Tom) Foster of Colorado, Mary Jo (Dennis) Maxwell of Alabama and Cathie (David) Dluehash of Italy.
Family and friends will gather Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2020 for visitation from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 7:30 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
