Sean passed away surrounded by his family, on August 24, 2019. He was born in California.

Sean was a Bears fan in a Colts family. He grew up in North Terre Haute. As an adult, he moved to Lebanon and worked for American Ultraviolet. Sean was loved by all and will be greatly missed. He overcame many obstacles and became a fierce advocate for the Special Olympics. He opened his heart and home to kids in need.

Sean leaves behind a son, Sean "Cena" McKay, Jr., and a daughter, Heather Nicole McKay. His children loved him and say they could not have asked for a better father.

A memorial service for Sean will be held at a later date. Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon, has been entrusted with his arrangements.
