Mr. Roy Jamison, 50, of Thorntown, passed away Feb. 21, 2018, at Witham Hospital.


Roy was born Feb. 19, 1968 in Lebanon, the son of Judy (Bostick) Jamison. He was married to Angela (Roberts) Jamison. She survives.

Roy graduated from Tri-West High School. He was a supervisor for Fox Contractors and had worked for them for 30 years. He loved riding his Indian motorcycle, working on his property and most importantly loving his wife and children.

Survivors include his father Denny Osborne, wife Angela and children: Eric Jamison of Lebanon, Nikki Jamison of Danville, Jackson Rasmussen of Lebanon, and Annabelle Harlow of Lebanon; brothers Denny (Susie) Jamison of Greenwood, Wade (Molly) Jamison of Bradenton, FL, Tony (Cindy) Jamison of Indianapolis, Mike (Connie) Jamison of Kokomo, George Jamison, a sister Trish Sutton Mooresville and in-laws Bill and Brenda Kinslow.

Family and friends will gather Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018 for visitation from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. and the funeral service will be held on Monday, Feb. 26 at 1 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Roy will be laid to rest at Cox Cemetery in Dover.
