Mr. Ronnie Lee Dover, Sr., 72, of Lebanon, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022.

Ronnie was born May 31, 1950, in Dayton, OH, a son of the late JL "Joe" Dover and Emma Jean (Boggs) Dover.

Ronnie worked as a mechanic and in body work for John King and Aspande. He loved fishing and hunting. His family was especially important to him and he loved spending time with his son and grandchildren. Ronnie was a simple man and he was always willing to help anyone.

Survivors include his son, Ronnie Lee Dover, Jr. (fiancé, Doris Lindsay) of Lebanon; grandchildren, Ryan Michael Dover, Mayson Michael Dover, Kara Leann Dover, and Brittany Hubbard; siblings, Teresa Redden, Janet (Bill) Collins, Sonja (Gary) Graf, and Pamela (James) Davis; special friend, Debbie Houghton; special aunt, Virginia Boggs; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his stepfather, Paul Maiden; siblings, Ruby Jean Dover, James Laurence Dover, Brenda Jo Kohues, and infant Dover; and grandson, Jamie Lee Dover.

Family and friends will gather Saturday, Nov. 5, for visitation from 12 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 3 p.m. at The Ninety-Nine Church, 1315 S. Meridian Street, Lebanon.

Final care of Ronnie has been entrusted to the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
