Rodney Steven "Stevie" Gilreath, Jr., 36, of Fortville, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025. He was born May 24, 1988, in Memphis, TN, a son of Rodney Steven Gilreath, Sr. and Dawn (Perry) Gilreath.

Stevie currently worked as an electrician apprentice. He loved his children more than anything, and they were his whole world. Stevie also enjoyed guns and shooting, along with fishing.

Survivors include his parents; wife, Emma Hessong Gilreath; children, Ella Marie Gilreath, age 6, Maci Jane Gilreath, age 4, and Cash Ryan Gilreath, age 2; brother, Joey Thomas West Gilreath (Juliana Pilgram); paternal grandfather, Jerry Lee (Debbie) Gilreath; aunts and uncles, Teresa (Tadd) Fisher, Thomas Gilreath, Jay (Paras) Patel, Tim Perry, and Paige Sanders; great aunts, Linda Dunn and Chrissy Curtis; and numerous relatives from the Gilreath and Curtis family.

Stevie was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Karen Louise Gilreath; and maternal grandparents, Norman Lee and Bobbie Ann Perry.

Family and friends will gather Friday, May 30, for visitation from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 6 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
