Mrs. Phyllis A. Reeder, 91 of Murray, passed away on January 13, 2025 at Oakview Rehab in Calvert City, KY.

Mrs. Reeder was born on October 20, 1933 in Scottsburg, IN to the late Richard and Beulah Gunter.  She retired as a Deputy Tax Assessor for Center Township Assessor Office.  She was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Reeder; a son, Robert Reeder; a brother, Bob Gunter and a sister, Francis Stevens.

She leaves behind a son John Reeder (Lisa) of Cadiz, KY; two daughters, Edith Reeder of Clinton, KY, Judith Westfall (Mike) of New Concord; 18 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Mt. Runn Baptist Church in Whitestown, IN.  Burial will follow at Mt. Runn Baptist Cemetery.

Her family welcomes visitors from 11 am until 12:30 pm at Mt. Runn Baptist Church.
