Peggy E. Warren, 82, of Sheridan, IN, formerly of Beecher City, IL, passed away May 4, 2019, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon.

Peggy was born Nov. 23, 1936, in Shelbyville, IL, a daughter of the late Ray and Estella (Shannon) Sparks.

Peggy's family was always important to her, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids. She loved music, dancing, traveling, and being able to see the world. Peggy also loved her dogs and crocheting.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa (Jamie) Mossburg of Sheridan; sons, Loren (partner, Ginger) Childress of Mattoon, IL and Robert (Kim) Warren of Oakville, WA; son-in-law, John Hockman; sister-in-law, Mary Sparks; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her daughter, Marla Hockman; son, Richard "Dick" Childress; sister, Beverly Austin; and brother, Richard Sparks.
