Patricia "Pattie" A. McGinley Bastin, 71, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon. She was born Oct. 21, 1952, in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Paul and Rosemary Helen (Sherril) McGinley. Pattie was married to Dale Bastin and he preceded her in death Mar. 27, 2019.

Pattie attended school at St. Joseph Catholic Church and Lebanon High School. She worked as an IT Analyst for JD Byrider and had also worked for American States Insurance. She enjoyed hanging out with her friends at Club 39, along with spending time with her family and vacationing in Belize and Florida.

Survivors include her brothers, Marty (Cheryl) McGinley and John McGinley (Ashley Rowsey), both of Lebanon; sister, Susan McCain of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, Dylan and Hailey Bastin; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Family and friends will gather Thursday, Nov. 2, for visitation from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Pattie will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lebanon.
