Nichelle Renee Moore, 50, of Lebanon, passed away July 5, 2019, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon.

Nichelle was born May 9, 1969, in Danville, IL, a daughter of the late Gary Shaw and Cheryl (Colson) Paxton. She was married to Richard "Rick" Moore. He survives.

Survivors include her husband, Rick Moore of Lebanon; son, Lukas Boltz; daughter, Kaylee Moore; step-sons, Kyle, Kevin, Kurtis, and Kris Moore; and sister, Tracy Bluemke.

Family and friends will gather Thursday, July 11, 2019, for visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
