Mira "Jane" Wynkoop, 82, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2017, at her home in Lebanon, IN.

Mira was born in 1934, in Cookeville, TN. Prior to retiring in 1984, Mira was a registered nurse. A nature lover and avid gardener, Mira was most happy when she was outside or with her family. Beloved by family and friends, Mira was a compassionate and caring person that shared a special kindness and love with everyone she met.

Mira was married to Leroy Wynkoop in 1984; he preceded her in death in 2004.

Mira chose to donate her body to the Indiana University School of Medicine for the advancement of science. No funeral ceremonies will be held.

Survivors include her daughter Kim (Andy) Garriott of Lebanon, her grandson Addison Brooks of Lebanon, her sister Evelyn Ward of Indianapolis, and her brother Ralph Stewart of Cookeville, TN.
