Michael Shane Faulkinbury of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, August 21, at IU North Hospital, Indianapolis In.

Michael was born December 3, 1970 in Lebanon, IN, the son of John "Mike" and Olivia "Junie" (DeLaRosa) Faulkinbury.

He enjoyed fishing, Politics, spending time on his computer and computer technology, where he was attempting to develop a website to raise funds for Traumatic Brain Injury research.

Survivors include his parents; children, Ariel "Nicolas" Higginbotham and Anna Faulkinbury; sister, Michelle (Kyle) Shelburne; aunts & uncles, Ruth (Doug) Baker, Anna  DeLaRosa, Amanda (Terry) Fearrin, Marge (DeLaRosa) Davis and Susan "Elaine" Schuetz.

Shane was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents. Mike and Olivia DeLaRosa; paternal grandparents, John G. and Gladys Faulkinbury; uncles, George Blair Schuetz and Sam DeLaRosa.

Family and friends will gather Sunday, August 25th for visitation from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service of 4:00 p.m. at the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
