Mrs. Marilyn Eavey, 68, of Lebanon, passed away August 2, 2017, at her residence.

Marilyn was born on June 30, 1949, in Frankfort, the daughter of the now late Artus and Patricia (Randolph) Carney. She was married to Jerry Eavey. He survives.

Marilyn attended Clinton Central. She loved flowers, playing Bingo, going to garage sales and flea markets, and her biggest thrill was Elvis Presley! She loving raised her three children and enjoyed her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband Jerry and children Mark (Jessica) Eavey of Lebanon, Monica Eavey of Lebanon and Tammy Eavey of Indianapolis; grandchildren Madison Eavey, Brandon Eavey, Phoenix Eavey, Jennifer Ricci and Dreivayn Wera; a brother Artus (Annette) Carney, Jr., a twin sister Carolyn (Kevin) Lewis of Frankfort and sisters Joyce (Chuck) Cerbone of Frankfort and Theresa Rose of Indianapolis. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Richard Carney.

Family and friends will gather Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017 for visitation from 10 a.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
