Loraine (Lori) Morrow, 87, of Port Charlotte, FL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Harbour Health Center.

Born on November 25, 1937, in Richmond, KY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Flora (Moberly) Best. A proud graduate of the Class of 1956, Lori went on to have a long and dedicated career with Indianapolis Power & Light, retiring in December of 1998 after approximately 37 years of service.

Lori was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte, FL. Her vibrant spirit and zest for life shone through in her hobbies, which included golf, bowling, country line dancing, and working on puzzles. She had a gift for bringing laughter and warmth to those around her.

She shared 35 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Harry Morrow, who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her three stepchildren, Vickie, Joe, and Mike, as well as her sister, Roxie Robinson, and nephew, Jeff Best.

Lori is survived by her loving family: Barbara Pennington, Don Best, two nephews, and four nieces. Her kindness, unwavering love, and joyful presence will live on in the hearts of all who knew and cherished her.
