Linda Jones, 65, of Lebanon, passed away July 18, 2017, at her residence.
Linda was born on Feb. 3, 1952, in Lebanon, the daughter of the now late Richard and Esther (Dunn) French.
Linda was a member of the Lebanon Moose Lodge and Eagles. She enjoyed country music, dancing, gambling and following Nascar driver Tony Stewart. Her favorite food was macaroni and cheese and her best moments were spent with family and friends.
Survivors include her companion Eddie Grizzle; sons Allen (Crystal) Jones of Lebanon and David Allen Jones of McDonna, GA; step-children Shawnna (Greg) Sickels and Chad (Sherri) Grizzle both of Lebanon; brothers Charlie (Alice) French of Lebanon, Johnny (Jeanie) Tunnell of Illinois, Bob French and Tom (Letia) French; sisters Carolyn (Jeff) Davis of Lebanon, Brenda Cox of Lebanon, Nancy (Art) Smith, and Janie (Todd) Huffer; grandchildren: Kayla Jones, Amanda Jones, Amy Jones, Alexis Corbin, Morgan Corbin, Austin Ward, Paxton Jones, Maili (Zach) Davis, Jon Sickels, Haley Grizzle and Gabe Grizzle; and nephews Robbie French and Richard Hankins. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Debi See; grandchildren Michael Jones, Tyler Ward and a niece Melissa French.
Family and friends will gather Saturday, July 22, 2017 for visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 2 p.m. with Pastor Matt Skiles officiating in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Linda will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
