Mr. Lawrence "Larry" G. Bailey, 74, of Lebanon, passed away July 23, 2018, at The Waters of Lebanon.

Larry was born Oct. 14, 1943 in Hazel Green, KY, a son of the late James and Clara (Taulbee) Bailey. He married Rebecca (King) Bailey in Middletown, OH on May 19, 1969. She survives.

A kind, compassionate person who loved the Lord with all his heart, Larry had been an avid reader of God's Word and was a member of the Pentecostal faith. His love for people and animals was apparent. Larry was infatuated by airplanes and was proud to have earned his private pilot's license.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca and daughter Amy (Leon) Hensley, both of Lebanon; grandchildren: Allyson Rose, Brittany Nicole, and Andrew Isaac Hensley, brothers Harold (Diana) Bailey of Dayton, OH and Wilford (Peggy) Bailey of Miamisburg, OH; sister-in-law Joyce Bailey of Tennesse; six nephews and many close friends.   Larry was preceded in death by his parents and twin brother Donald Bailey.

Family and friends will gather Saturday, July 28, 2018 for visitation from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
