Jane E. Gibbs 79, of ­­­Zionsville, died ­­­­­November 4 2023 at her home in Zionsville, IN.

Jane was born September 3, 1944, in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Kincaid) Hiland.

Jane was a nurse and case manager for over 20 years. She was also a Furniture consultant for Kittle Furniture in Indianapolis.  In addition to that work, she supported the family farm and business,

Triay & J Sales.

She was a member of First Baptist Church and past president of Boone County Homemakers.

Jane enjoyed sewing, cooking, music, and spending time with friends and family.

Survivors include; husband, Rudy Gibbs; daughter, Renee (Adolph Ramirez, Jr.), Gibbs, Chantilly, VA; son, Ryan (Julie) Gibbs, Dayton, IN;  brother, Sam (Sandy) Hiland; sister, Frances Ann Strawmyer; grandchildren, Taylor Gibbs and Alexander Ramirez.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends will gather Thursday, November 9, for visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Jane will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, In.
