Georgia Ruth "Ruthie" Curtis, 91, of Lebanon, passed away Aug. 21, 2019.

Ruthie was born Oct. 10, 1927, in Marianna, AR, a daughter of the late Dillon and Grace Roberson. She married Richard L.C. Curtis in November 1953, in Tupelo, MS. He passed away in 2004.

Survivors include her sons, Steven J. (Judy) Sherman of Lebanon, Richard A. "Ritchie" Curtis of Oakland, CA, and Darrell  (Diana Scott) Curtis of Lebanon; daughters, Donna (Richard Lowe) Sherman of Lebanon and Deborrah Quebe of Noblesville; sisters, Dottie (Donnie) Anderson of Lebanon, Dee York of Lebanon, Johnni Ann (Juan) Guzman of Greenfield, Jimmie Sue Summers of Lebanon, and Temple Hart of Forrest City, AR; grandchildren, Jessica (Andrew) Sollars, Kaitlyn (Will) Duke, Brandy Davis, Britney Clark, and John Sherman; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Ruthie was preceded in death by sisters, Wilma, Edna, and Margie; brothers, Dillon and Piltcher; great-great-grandson, Matt Sherman; and son-in-law, Tim Quebe.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon, has been entrusted with her arrangements.
