Mr. Gary Franklin Arnold, 69, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 22, 1955, in Greencastle, a son of the late James and Mary (Kite) Arnold.

Gary graduated from Granville Wells High School with the class of 1974 and went on to work as a certified electrician. Outside of work, he found joy in life's simple pleasures—fishing, watching NASCAR, and building and flying remote model airplanes. Among his greatest joys was the companionship of his beloved dog, Luna.

Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Arnold; grandchildren, Brittany Arnold and Ryan Dover; and sisters, Patricia Tanselle and Jackie (Chris) Faust. He was preceded in death by his grandchild, Jamie Dover, as well as his brothers, Roger Arnold and Jimmy Arnold, and brother-in-law, Merlin Tanselle.

Family and friends will gather on Friday, September 19, for visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Brick Chapel Cemetery in Greencastle.
