Our dear Loved one, Edwina Scott, sadly passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 97. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother, who was always there when we needed her.  She also touched many other peoples' lives and was well loved by all. Edwina loved to play the piano and having been formally trained as a youth in St. Louis Missouri, she became a very gifted pianist who played for her Church for several years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Charles Scott and her great great-granddaughter Izabellamarie Helem.

She is survived by her daughters Vivian Parnell-Helem--(Alvin) and Carmen Carter, grandchildren, Christopher Scott--(Jill), Evelyn Stonewall--(Shuntua), Alonozo Helem, Alvin Helem Jr--(Audrey), great grandchildren, Sgt. DeSean Parnell--(Stacy), TraeVon Parnell, Chante Stonewall, Adriana Scott, India Scott, great-great grandchildren Ari Burns, Isaiah Helem, DeSean K Parnell, Ryker Helem and Rylan Helem.

Visitation is at Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN on Saturday, August 13, 2022, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
