Mrs. Donna Clanton, 70, of Pittsboro, passed away July 29, 2017, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Donna was born on Sept. 15, 1946, in Lebanon, the daughter of the now late Donald and Christina (Hodge) Nicley. She was married to William "Bill" Clanton. He survives.
Donna worked as a custodian at Kauffman Engineering, Western Boone High School and Essex Manor Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband Bill and sons Danny (Tia) Boice and Josh Fuston both of Lebanon, a daughter Angela (Sam) Blubaugh of Bainbridge; step-children Elise Townsend, Alison (Doug) Canfield, and Melissa (Robert) Edwards; a brother David A. Nicley and a sister Gloria Overholser; 21 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Judy Fuston.
Family and friends will gather Friday, August 4, 2017 for visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. with Rev. Harry Clanton officiating in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Donna will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
