Mr. Donald Livengood, 75, of Lebanon and formerly of Zionsville, passed away unexpectedly Jan. 10, 2019 at Witham Hospital.

Don was born June 26, 1943, in Lebanon, a son of the late Charles and Deloris (Steele) Livengood. He married Patsy Pennington on Mar. 11, 1967. She survives.

Don was a 1961 graduate of Zionsville High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was an engineer at GM-Allison Gas Turbine for over 29 years, retiring in 1996. He enjoyed his summers fishing in Canada at Dogtooth Lake. Don attended church at Salem Methodist Church in Zionsville.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy; a son, Scott (Melissa Richter) Livengood of Danville, IL, and daughters, Amy (Fred) Walden of Danville, IN and Lori (Kirk) Thornburg of Hummelstown, PA; grandchildren: Macey Thornburg, Kinzie (Brian) Howell, Jamie Walden, Malori Walden, Luke Walden and great-grandchild Zyan Howell; a brother, Ron Livengood of Lebanon and a sister, Sharon (Don) Lewis of Zionsville. Don was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Kris Livengood.

Family and friends will gather Monday, Jan. 14, 2019, for visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon at Salem United Methodist Church, 6701 S. 775 E., Zionsville, IN 46077 with Pastor Gina officiating.
