Daniel "Danny" Jackson, 23, of Plainfield, passed away July 3, 2017 at his residence.

Danny was a sweet, gentle, and beautiful soul, born on November 4, 1993 in Beech Grove, the son of Deena Jackson.

Danny graduated from Southport High School and worked for Shula's Steakhouse in Indianapolis. Danny loved camping and traveling with his family. He surrounded himself with caring friends, loved his pets like siblings, and found comfort in music.

Survivors include his mother and her fiancé Matt Brooks, maternal grandparents Gary and Patty Sharp of Brown County, paternal grandparents Bobby and Brenda Ward of Arlington, TX, maternal great-grandparents Janet Estes of Marion Co. and Frieda and Bill Sharp of Marion Co., aunts Megan Sharp and Sarah Williams and many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Danny, you were and always will be our shining star.
