Mrs. Beryl "Janet" Feltner, 90, of Thorntown, died on Jan. 21, 2021.

Janet was born Aug. 10, 1930 in Broad Ripple to the late Ross and Eunice (Hunt) Fitzpatrick. She was married to Wallace Gene Feltner on Feb. 16, 1951. He is deceased.

Janet was a graduate of Broad Ripple High School. She worked for the Indiana State Police for over 30 years as a secretary. She was President of the Lebanon Chapter of the Golden K for Kiwanis. She enjoyed writing poems, bowling, and will be remembered as the clown, "Lotsa Heart", who entertained the young and old.

Janet was active in the Eastern Star and Amaranth; Smiles Unlimited; Neighborhood Club; and Boone County Home Ec-Jefferson Twnship.

Survivors include her sons, Daren, David (Ellen) and Doug (Alice) Feltner; grandchildren: AJ (Mel) Feltner, Susan Feltner, Doug Jr. (Stephanie) Feltner, Jeremy Feltner and Makayla Feltner; and seven great grandchildren.

Family and friends will gather Monday, Jan. 25, 2021 for visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon. Janet will be laid to rest Washington Park North Cemetery in Indianapolis.
