Anna Mae Flake, 52, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, Dec. 13, 2021, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon.

Anna was born Dec. 4, 1969, in Noblesville, a daughter of the late Jessie and Rita (Staton) Fairfield. She was married to Kenneth Robert Moore and then Robert Eugene Flake, who preceded her in death in 2017.

Anna graduated from Western Boone High School with the class of 1988. She worked at Piazza Produce as a florist.

Survivors include her sons, David Moore of Lebanon and Adam Bippus of Lebanon; step-son, Tim Moore of Lebanon; brothers, Paul (Beth) Fairfield, Jessie Fairfield, Jr., Bill Fairfield, Raymond Fairfield, and Norman Fairfield; sister, Louise; and granddaughter, Leeann Karanjawala.

Anna was preceded in death by her brothers, Maine and David Fairfield and sister, Helen Smith.

Family and friends will gather Sunday, Dec. 19, for a memorial service at 2 p.m. in the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary to help with funeral expenses.
