Amy Joann Schlatter, 43, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at her home. She was born May 23, 1980, in Indianapolis, a daughter of Barry Swaniger and Sharon Leitzman. Amy married Shannon Ray Schlatter on October 31, 2007.

Amy enjoyed arts and crafts and fishing, and especially her family and friends. She was a faithful member of the Life's Journey Church.

Survivors include her loving husband, Shannon Schlatter; father, Barry Swaniger; mother, Sharon Leitzman; children, Dagon Johnson, Morrison Schlatter, Lennon Schlatter, Miles Schlatter, Brandon Schlatter,  Morgan Schlatter, Christopher, Aubrey, and Darran; and grandchildren, Olivianna, Fabian, Layton, Lucas, and Linkin. Amy was preceded in death by her sister, Lori Newman.

Family and friends will gather Wednesday, June 7, for visitation from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. in Life's Journey Church, 522 W. Powell Street, Lebanon, IN 46052. Amy will be laid to rest at Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Life's Journey Church.
